A blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. Deepish pink, more full bodied than the palest examples from Provence. Extremely fragrant with beautiful overtones of strawberry and cream all supported by a crisp, lively backbone of acidity. This is a really versatile Rose which is equally at home as a refreshing aperitif or as an accompaniment to any salad, fish or white meat. Review by Matthew Stubbs MW.
