The title may sound like something out of Monty Python but this is a serious wine. A blend of 90% Carignan/5% Grenache and 5% Syrah the emphasis here is on approachability. Very aromatic wine, spicy and garrigue note dominate with a real youthful zest and vitality. Elegant fruit profile, no noticeable oak and tight finish. Review by Matthew Stubbs MW.
