Le Vieux Relais - Formally an 18th century coaching station, Le Vieux Relais offers English speaking B&B accommodation in the village of Pepieux. Mike and Val will be delighted to provide dinner at a small extra cost and meals are served inside, or on the covered dining terrace in the courtyard. With a pool to unwind in, this is a delightful place to stay during your break in the minervois. Rooms can accommodate a wide variety of different family combinations and Le Vieus Relais also has a bedroom suitable for guests who have difficulties with stairs.

La Dolce Vita - A restored house in the village of Azille, in the heart of the Minervois. Natalie speaks English and offers bed and breakfast in comfortable rooms or a private apartment. For a small extra cost you can also enjoy a home cooked lunch and/or dinner. Use this as a base to explore this beautiful corner of France, or simply relax on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the view.

Sur les Remparts - This beautifully renovated chambre d'hôte is built into the medieval ramparts of the small village of Cesseras. Your english-speaking hosts, Géry and Roberto have decorated each room to a different theme. There are three double bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room as well as a large covered patio for outside dining, and a sunny terrace. An evening meal can be provided, at extra cost, using the best of local produce. Breakfast here is a great start to the day, including homemade bread and jams.

La Cave - As it's name implies, La Cave is an unusual chambre d'hôte being a beautifully restored wine cave, with some bedrooms actually created out of the original old wine vats! For anyone with an interest in wine this must be an ideal place to stay. Overlooking the vineyards, La Cave is also close to the Canal de Midi. The english-speaking patron, Patrick, offers 5 newly-decorated rooms and can also provide dinner at extra cost. As Patrick also runs a canalside restaurant in nearly Argens, the food here can be highly recommended.

La Maison du Vieux Chemin - Situated just two minutes from Olonzac's pretty village cebtre and it's lively Tuesday market, this large 'maison bourgeoise' is decorated throughout in artisan finishings. All rooms are cool and stylish with private facilities. Paul and Debbie will be delighted to serve you breakfast in either the sunny garden overlooking the pool or in the bright and airy dining-room with a view of the garden.
