Corporate Wine Gifts
Vineyard Partners recently provided a corporate wine gift of a weekend of wine discovery in the South of France for six senior managers from a large UK company. The party where picked up at Carcassonne airport on Friday morning and spent the morning exploring the Cité of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, followed by lunch at a Michelin starred restaurant in the area.
This was followed by a wine tasting course and a winery tour of the impressive new winery at Chateau St. Jacques d’Albas and a visit to the award winning wine cellars of Chateau Cesseras. The evening saw the party eating a meal outside in the warm evening air at a local restaurant.
The Saturday morning kicked off with a guided wine tour, winery, barrel cellar and a wine tasting at Domain de Cantaussel. A very long lunch followed at Chez Chabbert a traditional French Restaurant tucked away in the hills behind the Minervois vineyards. A BBQ was organised on Saturday night and the party was driven to the airport for a return flight to the UK on Sunday.
"We wanted to do something a little different with key members of the senior management team and Vineyard Partners provided a really interesting and varied itinerary for us. We all really improved our knowledge of wine and how it is made, had some great food and tasted some really nice wine".
Jon Trig, Director of Strategic Sales A4e Group Ltd.
Earlier this year the Daily Mail published a major feature about Vineyard Partners. Why not read an independent review of the Vineyard Partners wine tours.
